Hergóm PAS II is a sustainable and economical way of cooking of the grid, all whilst bringing a comfortable warmth to the room. Constructed from steel and cast iron ensures this cooker provides both durability and reliability, all whilst being a centre point of any kitchen.

It’s contemporary design is coated with a black porcelain enamel finish, that is both hard-wearing and provides a anti-stick coating making the surfaces easier to clean.

The combustion chamber is on the left of the cooker, and is lined with thermal liners that insulate the chamber. On the right is a large capacity 75.36 litre oven with a ceramic glass viewing window to see inside the stainless steel oven. The oven also features adjustable guides for holding the cooking tray and grill, with a anti-tip system ensuring everything stays in place. The unit is finished of with a cast iron hob and stainless steel handles and finishes.

Internally the combustion chamber also serves as a convection device. inside which air circulates and heats up, and only then enters the room, while a special protective mechanism prevents the oven from overheating.

The PAS II cooker is cast in Hergóm’s own foundry in Santander Spain. This allows them to control the entire production process of their cookers. From the original design, right though to the casting, Hergóm uses the finest in raw materials and components.
